Pei’s Mandarin

Pei’s Mandarin Restaurants have been established since 1987. Their
success stemmed from the experience of Tom and Alice Pei obtained
during their employment from various family members in the restaurant
business.

In 1977, William and Judy Pei, the parents of Tom Pei, brought his family
to the United States and established their first restaurant in
Des Moines, Iowa. Now other family members have carried on the
Mandarin cuisine traditions throughout the Midwest.
